I was born in Tepatitlan Jalisco and brought to the United States for a better life.  I was raised in a farming community, Williams Ca is about an hour north of us, this is where my parents and siblings reside today.  My parents still work hard to make sure my 4 siblings and myself had a better life than they had. Their hard work taught me to work as hard as they did, I appreciate their strong work ethic.  Today I work for my two children at home and my 400 children at Cesar Chavez.  I hope that what my parents taught me is observed by my kids and they have a better opportunity at life than I did.  I know that my kids will all be successful and will have a great life because they attended Cesar Chavez Intermediate.

Nací en Tepatitlan Jalisco y mis padres me trajeron a los Estados Unidos para una vida mejor. Crecí en una comunidad agrícola, Williams está aproximadamente a una hora al norte de nosotros, aquí es donde viven mis padres y hermanos hoy. Mis padres todavía trabajan duro para asegurarse de que mis 4 hermanos y yo tuviéramos una vida mejor que la de ellos. Su arduo trabajo me enseñó a trabajar tan duro como ellos, aprecio su ética de trabajo. Hoy trabajo para mis dos hijos en casa y mis 400 hijos en Cesar Chavez. Espero que mis hijos observen lo que mis padres me enseñaron y que tengan una mejor oportunidad en la vida que yo. Sé que todos mis hijos tendrán éxito y tendrán una gran vida porque asistieron a Cesar Chavez Intermediate.
