My name is Tayler Trew and this is my fifth year teaching at Cesar Chavez Intermediate. I have taught both 4th and 5th grade during my time at Chavez. I was born in Santa Maria and moved to Sacramento when I was a year old. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in the 4th grade. I went to Sacramento State for my Bachelor’s Degree and then University of San Francisco for my Master’s in Teaching. My favorite place in the world is Disneyland, but if I can’t go to Disneyland, then I drive to the closest beach on my days off. I also enjoy spending time with my two dogs. I have a 9 year old Boston Terrier named Maxwell and a 3 year old Shepherd Mix named Jack.
